Our refund policy is valid for 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Refund conditions:
Section 1: Refund eligibility: If you do not receive the service or have not logged into our service within 24 hours, you can request a refund.
Section 2: We do not accept refunds if: You have received the tools and logged into our system within 24 hours; we have a system to verify your activity; or any other reason not listed in Section 1.
How long does the refund process take?
It usually takes 1 to 30 business days. The speed depends on the bank.
Will you receive a refund notification?
If you are eligible for a refund, we will send you an email confirming that we have refunded you.
Can you use the tools immediately after receiving the refund?
No. We will delete all your data from our system as soon as we complete your refund.
